Registration Requirements

        Grade 1 - six by September 1

        Kindergarten - five by September 1

        Pre-school - four by September 1

        Baptismal Certificate if not baptized at Sacred Heart

        Birth Certificate, Social Security Number of Child

        Immunization Records

        Registration Fee

Tuition payments may be made annually on August 15, 2010; semi-annually on August 15, 2010 and February 15, 2011; quarterly on August 15, 2010, November 15, 2010, February 15, 2011, and May 15, 2011; or monthly starting August 15, 2010.      

A Registration Fee ($75.00) is charged for each new student. All students presently enrolled are also required to pay a Re-registration Fee ($75.00) each spring.

Each family is also responsible to contribute $13.00 per week in the Sunday envelope.

PRE-K PROGRAM

PRE-K (4 Year Old Program) - $250 per month

LUNCH PROGRAM FEE – (Kindergarten through Grade 8)

Parents who wish to have their children remain in school for lunch are responsible to pay $60.00 per year, per family.  This fee is used to pay the Lunch Aides.
